Product Advisory (IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ)

Medical & Safety Considerations

  • Consult a healthcare professional before using this device, especially if you have cardiovascular disease, skin disorders, blood clotting disorders, or are pregnant.
  • This device is not a substitute for professional medical treatment; it is designed as a complementary recovery tool.
  • Always start with the lowest vacuum setting and adjust gradually. Excessive vacuum may cause bruising or blisters.
  • If you experience pain, press the Pressure Relief button on the remote or device immediately.
  • Do not use on open wounds, inflamed skin, varicose veins, or areas with reduced sensation.
  • Avoid prolonged use on a single area; limit each session to 10 minutes when first using the device.
  • Keep the device and accessories out of reach of children.

Usage Precautions

  • The default session timer is set to 20 minutes, but we recommend shorter durations when starting.
  • Do not use the device while charging to prevent malfunctions or safety risks.
  • To prevent suffocation hazards, keep packaging materials away from infants and children.

 

⚠️ Important Charging Notice

Use only a 5W charger (5V/1A). Do not use fast chargers - doing so will damage the device and void your warranty.

Device Operation

Power/Mode Button (Device)

  • Press and hold for 1.5 seconds to turn the device ON or OFF.
  • Once on, the LCD screen displays a 20-minute countdown.
  • Short-press the power button to cycle between therapy modes:
    • Mode 1 (Constant Vacuum): Sustained vacuum (LCD displays "-").
    • Mode 2 (Intermittent Vacuum): Alternating vacuum and release (LCD displays "- -").

Vacuum Pressure Adjustment

  • 12 vacuum levels available; default is Level 3 upon startup.
  • Increase or decrease levels using the Vacuum Pressure button.
  • At Level 9 and above, indicator lights shift from red to green.
  • At Level 12 (max), pressing the button again resets vacuum to Level 0.
  • Start at Level 1 for a comfortable experience.

Infra-Heat Adjustment

  • 12 heat levels available; default is Level 3 upon startup.
  • Adjust heat using the Infra-Heat button.
  • At Level 9 and above, indicator lights shift from red to green.
  • At Level 12 (max), pressing the button again resets heat to Level 0.

Pressure Relief Button

If you wish to stop therapy or remove the device, press the Pressure Relief button for instant release.

 

Remote Control Functions

The remote functions mirror those on the device, allowing seamless control from a distance.

Filter Maintenance

The device includes filters to trap fine particles and liquid impurities, protecting internal components.

Check, clean, or replace filters regularly based on usage.

Charging Instructions

  • Charging voltage: 5V (Do not use fast chargers above 5V).
  • Charging Indicator Light: Flashes while charging and turns off when fully charged.
  • Maximum Charging Time: 8 hours. Do not exceed this duration.
  • Do not use the device while charging.
