What temperature setting should I start off with?
We recommend starting at the lowest temperature setting, experience the relief and adjust from there.
With infra-heat in a contained setting, temperatures can build up quite quickly, so it is best to start low and slow.
Can REVIA be used concurrently with other physical activities, such as simple stretching or household chores?
REVIA is most effective when it is correctly positioned, and stays correctly positioned on the affected area.
With that, we recommend staying seated during the course of the 20 minutes session - just perfect for unwinding with your favorite beverage.
Can REVIA be used during sleep?
We recommend not to use REVIA during the course of sleeping, including any usage under quilts or blankets.
This is to ensure that REVIA operates at optimal temperature range, and not overheat due to limited airflow.
When, and for how long should REVIA be charged?
Similar to other rechargeable appliances, we recommend charging REVIA only after the battery has been fully consumed.
Recommended charging via standard chargers on (ie. non-fast charging) 5w voltage.
It is important to note that fast charging (ie. above 5w) options will cause damage and must not be used.
This will ensure that the battery's performance and lifespan is kept optimal at all times.
Can REVIA be used during the course of charging?
No, REVIA must not be used whilst charging. This may affect the battery's true lifespan amongst other areas.
In such an event, the warranty coverage be voided.
