Precautions

  • Power On/Off: Hold power button for 2 seconds.
  • Lock/Unlock Settings: Brief press during use.
  • Adjust Heat: Use +/– to toggle between 40°C–60°C (in 5°C steps).
  • Pulsation Mode: Press ‘M’ to activate; choose from L1, L2, L3 for different intensities.

Charging Protocol

  • Use only 5W charger (5V/1A). Do not use fast chargers — it will damage the device and void warranty.
  • Charge with included USB-C cable; power off before charging. Battery icon flashes during charge; solid icon = full.
  • Recharge after 8–10 sessions or when 1 bar remains.

Thera's primary purpose is to provide on-demand relief, and hence can be quite easy to "over-relief".

We recommend limiting relief to a maximum of 03 sessions daily, per affected joint.

Each session will run for 20 minutes, before turning off automatically.

What temperature setting should I start off with?

We recommend starting at the lowest temperature setting of 40°C, experience the relief and adjust from there.

With infra-heat in a contained setting, temperatures can build up quite quickly, so it is best to start low and slow.

Can Thera be used concurrently with other physical activities, such as simple stretching or household chores?

Thera is most effective when it is correctly positioned, and stays correctly positioned on the affected joint.

With that, we recommend staying seated (ideal if knees were slightly bent) during the course of the 20 minutes session - just perfect for unwinding with your favorite beverage.

Can Thera be used during sleep?

We recommend not to use Thera during the course of sleeping, including any usage under quilts or blankets.

This is to ensure that Thera operates at optimal temperature range, and not overheat due to limited airflow.

When, and for how long should Thera be charged?

Similar to other rechargeable appliances, we recommend charging Thera only after the battery has been fully consumed.

Recommended charging duration is between 03 to 04 hours, using standard (ie. non-fast charging) 5w voltage.

It is important to note that fast charging (ie. above 5w) options will cause damage and must not be used.

This will ensure that the battery's performance and lifespan is kept optimal at all times.

Can Thera be used during the course of charging?

No, Thera must not be used whilst charging. This may affect the battery's true lifespan amongst other areas.

In such an event, the warranty coverage be voided.
