PRODUCT GUIDE - THERA

 

This guide provides instructions for the safe and effective use of THERA.  Please do read it before using the device.

This product is not a toy, and must be kept away from babies and children.  

 

⚠️ Important Charging Notice

Use only a 5W charger (5V/1A). Do not use fast chargers - doing so will damage the device and void your warranty.

 

Precautions 

To ensure proper usage, follow these precautions:

§  Limit usage to a maximum of three 20-minute sessions per day. 

§  Begin with the lowest temperature setting (40°C) if using the device for the first time. 

§  Temporary redness in the application area is normal and should fade shortly after use. 

§  If discomfort occurs, stop using the device and consult a healthcare professional. 

§  Do not use the device while sleeping or under quilts or blankets. 

§  Keep the device dry. Do not use it in bathrooms or other wet areas. 

§  Store the device out of reach of children and infants.

 

Operating Instructions

 

 

Follow these steps to operate the device:

§  To power on, press and hold the power button for two seconds. A single beep indicates activation. 

§  Press the power button briefly during use to lock the current settings. Press again to unlock. 

§  To power off, press and hold the power button for two seconds. A double beep indicates deactivation. 

§  Use the '+' and '–' buttons to adjust the temperature. Available settings: 40°C, 45°C, 50°C, 55°C, 60°C. A beep confirms each adjustment; a double beep indicates the highest or lowest setting. 

§  Press the 'M' button to activate the pulsation function. Choose between three intensity levels (L1, L2, L3). Each level corresponds to a different pulsation frequency and pattern.

 

Charging Protocol 

Adhere to the following guidelines when charging the device:

§  Please restrict charging output to standard 5w only.  Fast-charging (ie. above 5w) devices/plugs must not be used as it will cause damage to the product, voiding the product warranty.

§  Use the provided USB-C charging cable. Connect the USB-C end to the device controller and the USB-A end to a power source. 

§  During charging, the battery icon will flash. A constant battery icon indicates full charge. 

§  Charge the device when the battery icon shows one bar remaining or after 8–10 sessions of use, whichever comes first. 

§  Ensure the device is powered off while charging. Do not use the device during charging.

  

Care and Maintenance 

Maintain the device by following these care instructions: 

Controller 

§  Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to clean the controller. 

§  Ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from any power source before cleaning. 

Sleeve 

§  Do not wash the sleeve. Use a soft cloth to wipe it clean. 

§  For sterilization, use a light alcohol-based disinfectant wipe.
